I’m a digital marketer who was always a writer at her core. I've taken a longer break from writing, and it didn't serve me well. I am back into the habit now, and more focused than ever. I write about:
• Health and wellness, without the fluff or fear-mongering
• Food struggles, like binge eating, body image, and navigating the noise
• The weird and the trendy (from red light therapy to raw milk to "gut resets")
• Mindset shifts that actually help, even if they’re not always aesthetic
• What it means to feel good for real — without trying to be perfect
I research obsessively, test things out of curiosity (not perfectionism), and share what’s worth knowing — and what’s just hype. I’m not a doctor or a guru. Just someone who’s tired of how noisy and dogmatic wellness has become — and who believes we need more real conversations, more context, and way less shame.

I created The Wellness Mob to connect with other people who are into health—but don’t want to get sucked into the extremes. I’ve spent years deep-diving into wellness info, testing out routines, supplements, and every “biohack” you can think of—not because I think there’s one right way, but because I’m curious and genuinely want to feel better.
